Not Refunded Full Amount

I paid $424.15 for a plan upgrade and when I canceled it and filed for a refund, I only received $398.15. Why is $26.00 being withheld from me?

The outstanding $26 is for your domain – it appears you cancelled a little after the 48 hour refund period for domains. However, I was still able to refund that for you, and you should receive the full refund within about ten business days.
