  Hi, i would like to contact wordpress company about a refund that hasn’t been done until yet. It says on my account that the file has been treated but i didn’t receive any payment back yet.

  Could you treat it asap please??

  Can you give us a bot more information about the purchase that you were looking to have refunded?

  I’m seeing two refunds that were processed 2020-06-14 for thegloomysailor.com. But nothing more recently.

  Yes, it seems the refunds were processed but i’ve never received any payment back on my visa account. I bought by mistake two products of yours and cancelled as soon as i could. Which kind of information do you need? My visa account?

  The refunds were sent very close to the original purchase date, so they could have been filed as reversals.

  This means the original charges may have simple been removed. Would you please check on that?

  Hi, on my visa account, i can see the two expenses but none of these were refund.

  Where can we track the refund operation??

  Hi @thegloomysailor56917e61d0, I’ll email you with the ARN for each refund. Your bank can use that to track them down.
