  Hi wordpress team,

  I recently talked with one of your agent to cancel an annual fee that I did not apply for. I have been confirmed that I would be reimbursed but so far, nothing happened.

  Can you please help me with that?

  I can see we issued the refund on March 16. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
