Not renewing domain

  How do I go about not renewing my domain name? Will that happen automatically when the renewal date passes?

  Hi –

  There aren’t any domains linked to this account. Could you let me know which one you are inquiring about?

  We can disable the auto renewal so it will expire when the time comes. This process is essentially forfeiting ownership of it. Be certain that you have no other plans to use it again in the future before that happens.

  I was logged into the wrong WP identity when I sent off the inquiry. I’ve made sure that there are no payment methods on the accounts. I did not find a way to nonrenew the domain separate from not renewing my Personal Plan

  Hi ewbennefeld,

  theartofdisorder.net is owned by the account themomentsbetween. Could you try logging in with that username? Once you are logged into the correct account, there should be an option to renew on the Manage Purchases page.
