Not renovate domain asociacioncoloratura.com

  I received a notification about the automatic renovation of the domain asociacioncoloratura.com but I do not want to renovate it. How can I make sure you are not charging me for this? Tks

  Hi rosadespagna,

  We’ll be happy to help you cancel asociacioncoloratura.com if the domain is no longer needed but we’ll need the request to come from the account it was purchased through. Please logout out of rosadespagna and log back in as coloraturadmin instead.

  Once logged in to the correct account, you should be able to cancel the upgrades from the Manage Purchases page. It’s worth noting that cancelling a domain means giving up ownership so it’s only something we recommend doing if asociacioncoloratura.com won’t be needed again in the future.
