  Well I would just like a refund I never figured out how to use the site and how to set it up so its been 3 months and I would just like my money back!!! thanks

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  Hi there,

  You don’t own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and you’ve never paid us anything that we could refund.

  As @timethief indicated, your site is hosted by Bluehost, so you are paying them and need to contact them to find out if you can get a refund for any hosting fees you paid them. We’re not able to give you a refund for something you bought from another company.
