Not secure suddenly

Hi I’m Hannah Jackson, Room Reader, at http://www.roomreader.com I, and others, have been working on my site for months. I have many long and personal reviews. This morning no-one can see the site. Apparently it’s not secure. Even trying every link on the email (copied below) sent by WordPress says same. Worse, I tried to log in thru Google and I try to go thru using my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) or my username ‘Anton’, it says I don’t exist. But I do!! Here’s that typical email from WordPress. Please help.
