Not seeing most of the things shown in the tutorials

    I don’t know where to start or what else to state. I can;’t save what images I have uploaded, I can’t find the buttons mentioned in the first two tutorials, and I’m frustrated that the steps I follow lead me to nothing.

    I’m also a bit miffed that if I am asking for support, I am immediately thrown into a public forum where unpaid peoples are expected to address my concerns. Seriously!?

    Hi @bubblesbastard , can you confirm which tutorials you’re working with, and what site you’re working on? Our tutorials will work well with cartcrews.wordpress.com.

    If you’re working on your own installation of the free WordPress.org software (here’s the difference between that and our managed services), you’ll want to be sure to use tutorials that are appropriate to you configuration, which can vary quite a bit based on your servers and what plugins and themes you have installed.

    Regarding paid support: sites that use our free-tier hosting get support from the community, which includes staff and volunteers. Paid plans help pay for staffing, servers, etc, as well our chat and email support, so if you’d like direct support for your site with us, here are several options. If you’re using the free WordPress software with another host, there’s a separate community over at WordPress.org, or you may check with your hosting service to see what support they offer.
