Not sending login links.

  I have a personal wordpress subscription, at https://adscraftdotorg.wordpress.com/. I had entirely forgotten about it, but now I need a wordpress site and suddenly realised (due to a receipt email) that I had a personal one myself. However, I had forgotten the password, so I just tried to use the “send a login link” button. I entered my email (which is on zoho mail and using a custom domain). However, the link did not send. Even in spam. I then tried to reset my password, although this did not work either. How can I login?
