not showing my premium plan

    okay i’m not sure if i have two different sites or what. New to all of this. I payed for a premium plan and thought i also got a domain name for it. but i can’t either find them or get the premium access. the domain name is Thetiedyehousecom.wordpress.com I believe. Please i need help, Thanks Corina Grieger

    Hi Corina,

    It sounds like you might have different accounts.

    Right now you’re logged in as the account, patcor22, and this account only owns the site, https://griegercorina.wordpress.com/. That site is on the free plan, and the patcor22 account has never bought anything from us.

    The address, Thetiedyehousecom.wordpress.com, doesn’t appear to exist on WordPress.com, though.

    But there is a thetiedyehouse.wordpress.com, with the domain, the-tie-dye-house.com, that belongs to another WordPress.com account.
