Not showing up in reader. None of the usual reason. Recurring problem.

  I’m getting really frustrated. I create a post, tag and categorize it appropriately, and it doesn’t show up in the reader. My blog isn’t mature, new, or private. I have a ton of followers. Every now and then this just happens for no reason. Normally, my posts show up fine.
