Not showing up in tags?

Thanks in advance for any help on this. I am not seeing my posts showing up in the tags I am using. I read the dos and dont’s page on this and I don’t see any violations and believe it may be a glitch. I only use five or six tags, don’t use inappropriate or misleading tags and am fairly certain my blog is not offensive or too mature in its content, I am a free member so I realize I can’t avail myself of a free chat. I am a relatively new blog in that I have only recently started posting on here even though I set the blog up quite some time back. Any possible help? I saw something about typing “Modlook” but I have no idea where to type that or where I am supposed to end up. As Mr. Rogers advised, I am looking for the helpers.

Hi! I took a look at your most recent article. It is indeed showing up in the feed, but you are using very popular tags. For example, this one isn’t used quite as frequently:
https://wordpress.com/tag/climate-changeScroll until you’re in the same time you posted, and you’ll see your post there. Now try scrolling to however many hours back with this tag:
https://wordpress.com/tag/writingIt’s a lot of scrolling. You can still include these very broad tags, but consider adding a few niche tags to each post. You can check to get a rough idea of how often a tag is used by checking its tag url, like we did with these. And consider using tags other readers might follow.

Thanks so much, Supernova. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place as I was searching the “poetry” tag, for example, by going to the Reader and then changing it over to the DATE tab and reading back to the time where my posts should have appeared. I did not see them there. And I appear to have gotten no views. So am I wrong in assuming the tags should make me appear in the reader by date? Thanks in advance.

If you could give me the short directions on where to go to search tags, I would appreciate it, I was going to READER then selecting the DATE tab and looking for my posts,. Not one of the three top posts appeared in “poetry” or “poem” today when I checked over several hours., But maybe that is the wrong place to search tags?

I was going to READER then selecting the DATE tab and looking for my posts
There’s no date tab under the tag listings. If you’re using the Search box at the top of the Reader, that won’t give you results based on tags you add. That search is an indexed search, similar to a Google search, which returns posts based on relevance of the post title and post content to your search term.
To search for posts by tag, you need to click on the Tags item in the Reader sidebar:
