not showing up in the reader

what am i doing wrong with my tags? I have read the information about using tags and catagories and I think I am following the rules but I am not showing up in the reader. When I had my own domain name I was showing up in the reader under my same tags but now that I am using the free version I am no longer included. Can you explain this to me? I am feeling like I am being punished for not paying for my own domain name. I would still like some readership even if free!
Also I entered my meta key “content” value to verify my blog with Google Webmaster Tools but Google is saying they can not find my site. It has been a week.
Why is free not really free or did I do something wrong?
