Not showing Upgraded

  Hello, on May 28, 2022 my site was upgraded. I have an email sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) confirming my upgrade to WordPress Pro, however it is not active on my site. Please advise on why this is occurring. Kindest Regards…

  Log out of the WordPress.com account with the username, ifinancesg, and log back in using the email address you provided above.

  The ifinancesg account you used to post here is associated with a different email, and isn’t the account that you used to buy the Pro plan, or that owns the site connected to that upgrade.
