  Recently I had to restart my blog because my host server failed and the hard drive that this site was on failed. I had no backups so I had to start new.

  I am very anal when it comes to blog networking and I need to make it so that my links continue from the last link. Meaning, on my last site I left off at:

  Now that I have a new installation of wordpress it is starting back at one. I need to make it so I can make posts after…

  …so I can use StumbleUpon and other networking tools properly. Are there any ways to go about this?
