Not sure if this is wordpress related issue or just my theme.

  I’m not sure if the issue is from my internet connection or my wordpress theme or just wordpress.

  I can’t access my website if someone is logged in as admin.
  My website is http://www.icecreamcreatives.com

  Every time I’m currently logged in as admin even with a different user account my partner can’t access the website.

  When I logged out of wordpress, he can now access the website again.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
