    What shall I chose? Transfer your domain away from your current registrar, or Map your domain without moving it from your current registrar. I buy domain from Norway company, domeneshop.no. What is the price each year if I chose Transfer your domain away from your current registrar?

    Hello @thaifeber,

    It is upto you to decide whether to map the domain to your WordPress blog or transfer the domain to WordPress.com. Technically, both of these are okay if you don’t change the nameservers one you set it up.

    If you decide to transfer the domain to WordPress.com, the cost of renewal in coming years vary according to the TLD of your domain. (Like .com, .org etc). Have a look at the following link for the cost of renewal for different TLDs for one year.
