Not sure where site is hosted and would like help gaining access to edit it

We are willing to pay for a premium plan in order to transfer this site and/or gain access since it says it is already on WordPress but we were not given the username and password to edit it.

lkrealtygroup.r1realestatepros.com appears to use the free WordPress software and is hosted with a different company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do generally suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. If it were the latter, then you would want a paid plan, but not if it’s the former. For reference, you can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
