not sure whether to upgrade to wordpress. org or upgrade to the pro.

    I’m not sure if I should upgrade to pro and stick with my wordpress.com site or if I should transfer to the wordpress.org so that I can use the plugins.

    I am also looking for someone to help build my site, is that an option? Thanks in advance and make it great day!
