Not sure wordpress is picking up my blog?

    It used to be when I wrote a new blog I would see wordpress under referrer and i assumed that was a crawler noting a new blog was written. My last two blogs didn’t show one view and I know stumbleupon, diggit and my personal friend clicked on my blog. I was just wondering if somehow I got out of the loop.

    If you saw WordPress under referrer it was not a crawler; WP.com stats don’t count those. It was probably someone clicking from their dashboard under “Recent Posts” or perhaps FriendSurfer, etc. Alternately, you could have been featured on the WP.com home page, but that’s not likely for all of your posts. That layout has recently been changed, so if you WERE being featured a lot (you’d notice it; it’s worth a minimum of 25 hits a day) and now they’re not doing that anymore, then that would be what’s happened.
