Not to show full posts on home page

Hi! I was wondering how I can display my blog posts as just glimpses on the home page not the full posts? So that the home page would not be longer to scroll down? Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can accomplish this by navigating to Customize>>Content Options where you will see a radio button to show Post Excerpt.
Please check this support document.
If you don’t find it, you can manually add the read more button.

Your theme does not have an option to do this automatically, but you can do it on a post-by-post basis using the more-tag:

Content options are not available on all themes, so best to check that first before telling someone to use that feature.
And the second link you gave is how to add custom excerpts to a post, not how to use the more tag. Not all themes display custom excerpts, and adding an excerpt that way won’t do anything unless the theme supports those.
