  Why am I being charge $96, I thought that it was free

  Hi @essentialbookkeepers, the site you listed is indeed free, and I don’t see any charges associated with your account.

  I’m guessing you have another account? If so, can you log out and log in as that user, then head to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to see what the charge is about?

  Or, if you aren’t sure what account that might be, head over to https://wpchrg.com to look up the charge. It’ll let you know what that’s about and reach out to billing support if needed.
