not uploading audio and video files

  i am using wordpress.com free of cost. i have no my own domain. i want to update audio and video files but it says not allowed for security reasons.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  For uploading audio and video to your media library, you need more storage which comes with one of the upgraded plans.
