Not uploading pictures direct from computer

I’ve tried on google chrome and explorer. Neither work. I’m doing exactly the same thing on the same browser I’ve always used. The first two images uploaded but now I have a blank box in my media library that I can’t even delete.
I regularly clear my cache and have done so today. The attachment details come through most times I try to upload an image, but no image. Thanks for your help with this. It’s very frustrating!

Now it’s even worse as the photos I have uploaded – including those I’ve uploaded previously for other blogs are coming up in the media gallery as blank.

I can fully tell you there isn’t a single problem with my browser and I find it slightly offensive you think there would be :’)

Mine is coming and going. It’s taking me 10 x longer to do this than it ever has. I’m just having to be patient, but I’m sure there is a bug somewhere.

In order to help bloggers Staff get all their details and then they duplicate the computing and browser environment at their end.Slightly offensive – you must be joking.
I don’t dream up ways to offend bloggers but I have yet to see you post the exact browser versions you are using. And I even provided a link you can click and have the answer to that question in less than a second. http://www.whatbrowser.org/

I have the http- mistake since November 2012. No upload to WP.com. is possible. It’s crazy: I load the ipg twice to the pic- viewer. “Pic in a row”, I don’t know it in english. Than I cut one of both pics and save it as the same file as before to the folder. Upload is no longer a problem. In any other feature the pic- upload is pretty fine, no problem in the whole wide nline- world.
Tried any browser…it’s a WP- problem. -

I’m having no trouble in Chrome 26 myself.
Please do these four things, especially number 3 below:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

All of those things were suggested previously and I have done all of them. It made no difference as stated above. I finally managed to get the blog up, with much difficulty. Have no idea if I’ll have the same problem until next time I blog.

Ok, you hadn’t specifically mentioned trying with extensions disabled, so if it happens again, please make sure that you try it.

No luck with anything. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it will post a photo, sometimes it won’t. Sometimes I get random grey boxes, sometimes I don’t.
