Not what I paid for

I paid for a personal blog with a free one year subscription for a specific domain name. However, my domain name is not what I paid for but has quite a few numbers and letters added to it. Why didn’t I get the ‘free’ domain name for one year?

We have absolutely no history of domains, sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
What is the domain name you’re referring to?

lovenana.blog but it is showing up as lovenana.blog followed by several numbers and letters, even different from what it shows when I open up this site.
I’m SOOOOO confused. I’m receiving communications in 2 different emails, some go to spam, some to inbox!!!! I hate that I cannot get help except through this terrible process. I am not willing to upgrade right now to be able to get the live chat help because at this rate I am getting ready to cancel it. However, that seems to need to be done within a certain number of hours. Given the current state of email exchange, I’m running out of time.
I don’t understand why my purchase is not evident.
I purchased a Personal account with a free domain name (the one above). I have 2 different wordpress sites. Could it be that wordpress is confusing them? I have the same username for both, but 2 different passwords. I have a receipt for my purchase but don’t want to post all of that information on a public forum. I just found this email 2 days after you sent it because it was in my spam for some reason (others from wordpress have not done that). -
You have creatief two different accounts: lovenanablogc37a1a63aa (2 says old) and loveanablog (9 years old). I sould say your site is connected to loveanablog.
Just log out from current lovenanablogc37a1a63aa and log in again as loveanablog to have access to your site. -
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?????
I got the above response from your help desk. Two days ago I created ONE account: LoveNana.blog. This is a name that YOUR COMPANY OFFERED when I was purchasing a Personal account plan with a FREE DOMAIN NAME. Somehow, it seems that 2 domain names were created (it is hard to say because of the atrocious spelling of this rep, but it says that one was created 9 years ago!!! I never did that.) All I want is the domain name LoveNana.blog, offered free for one year, and my Personal subscription. This has been days of run around. Forgive me, but I do not even understand what this person is talking about! I tried to do what I thought this person was saying but …..nothing. Please help! -
lovenana.blog belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in as.
If you do not recall the password to the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
