  My blog struchkovtravel.com works if you go to him in Russian , but does not work if you go to the blog is in Kazakhstan . Even from different grrodov . This is bad because 60 % of my audience is living in Kazakhstan. Why is there such a problem ? What to do? Thanks.

  Hi there. It could be that ISPs in Kazakhstan are blocking WordPress.com IP addresses. Are you in Kazakhstan, or did you get complaints from readers there? The best option is to contact your/their ISPs and find out if the site is being blocked or not.

  I’ll also tag this for staff so they are aware of a possible issue. Please be patient while waiting for them to respond.

  We have had reports for several years that some users in Kazakhstan are unable to access WordPress.com sites. If you have any more details about your readers (for example, their internet service providers, or other WordPress.com sites they can or can’t access) I can check with my team to see if there is anything we can do to help.
