  Hi I am finding it difficult to design my website, is there not easy templates where you can just insert/replace images and text like godaddy and wix ?

  You received a reply from a member of staff a few days ago. Why not just try a different theme. Many have demo content you can change if you think that is easier. Personally I prefer just to start building posts and pages with my own words and images. It is easy to change things you aren’t happy with. Until you have created a decent amount of content you can’t realy get a handle of the full look of a site.
