not working on smartphones

  Hello everyone.
  I’m using this theme and I found out that these is an issue with the contact plug in: when it is used by computers everything is fine, but when it’s used by phone, any phone, it doesn work and i cannot receive emails.
  Is that a problem of the plug in or what? is there a way to fix it?

  the problem is that when someone tries to fill the contact form from phone i dont receive any notification by email, while if someone does the same by pc i do receive a mail. I dont know why it happens. By the way im able to see both feedbacks (by pc or phone) from the feedback page on wordpress, but im just not able to receive a notification by mail when someone fills the contact form by phone.
