Not yet received my refund amount for more than 30 days

    My account is cancelled and deleted.

    The following upgrade has been cancelled and 2,400.00 ₹ refunded:

    Your refund has been sent to the method of payment that you used for your original purchase. You will receive it in 7-10 business days. If you paid with a credit card, this may appear as a credit/refund on your statement, or the original charge will show as reversed, which would simply remove the original charge from your statement – depending on your bank. If you paid via PayPal, you’ll see the refund in your transaction history.

    I have not yet received the amount for more than 30 days.. Refund me as soon as possible please.

    Hi there:

    Pulling up your account, it looks like the refund was requested very shortly after the charge was made, so the the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank. This means the original charge will simply disappear from the your bank statement without a refund being issued.

    You should reach out to your bank for the status of that transaction as it is likely no longer showing as a charge on your account.
