note for timethief re WP support

    Complained last week about losing buttons on command bar and you said you would notify WP support. I did also, the buttons came back eventually – but I don’t know why! They never contacted me,
    Now the stats info has gone again with google note : “server didn’t send info”.
    Is this a server update problem?

    I’m sorry but I don’t know why your are receiving this error message. However, Staff will know. Here’s the contact link. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
