Notepad Chaos template does not post a date with year on a post.

    The template Notepad Chaos v. 1.5 will not post the date neither on a post, nor on comments. http://cocolocotoread.blogspot.com/
    It only leaves a blank space where the date should go. I could find nothing on the FAQ page for Notepad Chaos on this problem. I did get the date put correctly in the little tab which sticks out from each post, but that only only lists a date/month, not year. What to do?
