    Hello there!

If you’ve removed a page or post from your site, whenever you try to access it, it will give you a “Nothing Found” message. That should happen on your laptop/desktop as well.

Could further explain what you deleted and what you’re trying to find? Also, please let me know what you’re expecting to happen..and what you’d like to occur.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

    Hi Robyn,
I had a friend on his cell phone find me on my wordpress site, and it shows the same thing on the front page?? On my laptop, it does not show this message? I was at a friend’s home and was on his desktop and was able to view my front page without this comment?
    Please help!
    Kristin

    Hi Kristin!

I went to http://kristinsk9care.com/ on my phone and I’m not seeing this message. Could you tell me what address your friend had entered in his address bar? Could you have him take a screenshot of the error message he says when he goes to your home page?

You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

The page at the following link has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:

    Take a Screenshot

Just let me know when there’s something I should look at.

    Thanks much!

    Hi Robyn!
If you type in pet sitter Bonham, TX from a cell phone, a link to my webpage will show up on the 1st page of Google. When I click on that link with my Iphone5, this is what appears? I have searched for the same results on my laptop and another persons laptop, and the correct home page appears?
I put the screenshot into my Media library.
    Thank you!
    Kristin

    Hey Kristin,

Thank you for that helpful image. I tried this search on multiple mobile devices and I am not getting that error!

Do me a favor…try two things:

    1. Check out your site in Safari. It appears as if you’re looking at it in Chrome. Do the search, click the link, take note of what happens.
    2. Also, clear Chrome’s cache. Instructions:

You might also ask a friend with a mobile phone, who hasn’t yet visited your site with that device, to do the search/click.

Please let me know the results! In the meantime, if you wouldn’t mind, leave that image in your Media Library, in case we need to reference it again.

    Thanks much.
