"Nothing Found" displayed on home page?

I have built a new website on http://www.maatstudent.nl but cant get the landing page right. It doesnt use the ‘Home’ post as first page to login to. Also, i like the theme of http://www.maatstudent.wordpress.com better than the theme I use at the moment on http://www.maatstudent.nl, is there a way i can copy the package of wordpress.com onto the wordpress.org website?

Please visit the wordpress.org support forum for assistance as we won’t be able to help you here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.
As for the themes, wordpress.com and wordpress.org are completely separate and different and their themes are not interchangeable. You’ll have to search for the closest theme on WP.org and then customise it further.
