Nothing found error

    Hi, I’ve published all the pages to my website, made it public. All pages from the home page to the contact us page is visible except for the page ‘portfolio’ isn’t visible when I click on it. I checked on my dashboard and it shows that it’s published. Check the order of each page ,on the menus tab all seems to be ok except for this one page.

    Now the response I received (quoted before) left me confused and I can’t access the troubleshooting forum. Kindly please help :(

    Just to clarify, the page “portfolio” is my portfolio work of pictures to showcase my work. I used a gallery widget on both my home page and this page that’s giving me an issue. The only difference is that I only displayed a few pictures on my homepage but under my “portfolio” page there are more pictures. Hence I don’t understand why my home page is visible but the other page shows nothing.

    Kindly please take step to step on how this can be resolved. Im still a beginner and learning my way around the site.

    To clear up any confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    You would need to reach out to the community at WordPress.org if you need help with your WordPress site.
