Nothing is working. Can I talk with a human being?

  My url is registered elsewhere, and they host my email.

  I tried to follow the directions exactly as posted, but now NOTHING is working. I can’t get email, and the new site won’t load.

  I really need someone to walk me through this. Is there any way to get help? I paid for the premium upgrade, but still can’t find any link for support.

  At the very least, I need my email back!

  The email listed here is a backup gmail account that works.

  The MX record set at https://nicolesandler.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains&action=dnsedit&domain=nicolesandler.com is not correct. Where is your e-mail hosted? Please contact your e-mail provider to request the correct MX records.

  I finally figured it all out, after hours of pulling my hair out of my head.

  Does upgrading to premium not even get some kind of support here?

  Premium upgrade users can get support through a forum thread (like we do now), and also through direct e-mail support via this e-mail address.
