Nothing is working on WordPress.com

I’m trying to update my profile but after I enter my first name and go to the last name field my first name disappears. I can’t enter anything in any of the fields. When I first login to my account the first page is completely blank. When I click on support all I see is the arrow and back and none of the fields are showing.
I am lost.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

NO, that is not the blog. I am trying to set up a new one. I finally found a WordPress site that showed “free” hosting as claimed but all I’m seeing “Hooray! Your site will be ready shortly.” Nothing else.

Are you speaking of your profile at https://wordpress.com/me/?
Please try clearing your browser cache, and also make sure your browser allows JavaScript, as that page and the support contact form requires that to work. If you’re using any ad-blockers or anti-tracking add-ons in your browser, also try disabling those.
If none of that works, please check if using a different browser makes any difference.

Yes. When I click on that link I am in my profile, but, as I said, after I enter my first name and then go to the last name field the first name field blanks. Although the cursor appears in other fields I can’t enter anything.

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

I did clear the cache. No difference.

I probably have a hundred things saved, from banking to multiple logins, so I’m not going to clear everything. I just wanted to start a new blog about the virus but I’ll give up.
