Nothing Is Wrong With My Master Card

    I tried upgrading my website plan yesterday using my new Master Card but the transaction was denied and I have gone to the bank to find out why and I was told the Master Card needs to be activated for online transactions before it can be used for any online purchase because it is a newly issued card.
    I immediately completed the process while at the bank and I was told it should work in 24hrs time, therefore there is nothing wrong with my Master Card and it should be ready to complete the transaction in 24hrs.

    I see you also have a ticket open with our billing team. Please be patient while waiting for a reply from them.

    I can tell you that our system is not showing any attempted payments or payment errors for your account, so either your bank is still blocking the transaction, or your browser is not submitting the payment info to our system, but we have no control over either of that.
