  What happened to my account and domain? Clicking on Active Upgrades/Upgrade Now button gives me this: ‘You are not authorized to view this page.’ I thought I was on auto renew. There is nothing in my Billing History or Payment Methods!

  Hi there!

  The upgrades for the site tellmeafamilystory.com are under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into. You would need to log out of @mawhipple67 and into the correct account to see your upgrades.
