NOTHING SAVING AFTER PRESSING SAVE… MANY TIMES

  I am updating the Appearance/theme options/home and general settings portions and nothing saves.. I edit it press ‘save all changes’ in both spots, refresh and it reverts back to the original. I have wasted hours yesterday and today and can’t move on
