Nothing shows on my purchases

Hi II keep following your articles on how to cancel subscription and get a refund but they are not helpful and I’m getting really frustrated! It keeps saying to go to purchases but there is nothing in my purchase history so how do I CANCEL MY SUBCRIPTION!
