  STOP creating multiple duplicate threads! You won’t get better or faster help, on the contrary. Just stick to your inititial thread at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/i-want-my-money-back-12/

  Instead of creating multiple duplicate threads, make sure you are logged in to the account that made those purchases. Once logged in to that account you’ll be able to manage your purchases yourself at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
