nothing works…

  I am really struggling here…
  None of the themes will load (‘install failed’), I do not have permission to upload media from my PC… Advice online says I have to use FTP to change permissions which terrifies me (I don’t want an FTP window onto my hard drive)

  Why do I not have permission to install themes and upload content….?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you are using ‘wordpress.org’, which is for self hosted blogs/sites. This forum is for wordpress.com.

  I am hosted on Bluehost and installed WordPress from there so that should not be the problem… any ideas how I can verify this step?
