nothing works for footer in twenty eleven

    Im running twenty eleven in a blog called tijanidaira.wordpress.com
    the info I went through on this site says something about Appearance -> Editor but its not there. nor have I found footer.php anywhere in dashboard or widgets. whats the work around to change the footer to my own.
