Nothing works in radcliffe theme
-
First I created categories then I wanted to remove one of them. It didn’t work because it stayed although it removed it to trashcan. Then the categories turned up in capital letters. Then I wanted to crate more categories but I couldn’t so i reloaded the whole theme and the categories where gone. Then I tried to cerated them again but they don’t show up. Then…well you see my point.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oh my! It sounds like you are experiencing lost of confusion with setting up Radcliffe so what I’ll do is I tag this thread for a Themes Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.
That being said as you are referring to categories and I suspect you mean custom menu items and may not know that dynamic category pages and static pages are not the same what follows may be helpful.
There are many misunderstandings and misconceptions when it comes to custom menus. I suggest you read these two posts I link to below.
http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/06/30/posts-on-pages/
http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/custom-menus/You have created static pages that will never automatically update. Technically you can’t post to more than one page on any blog but do read on. Static Pages and dynamic Category Pages are not the same. The former cannot automatically update but the latter do.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/If you want to have pages that do update then they must be replaced by dynamic category pages (and sub-category pages) that will automatically update every time you publish a post assigned to the relevant category and/or sub-category. Note that until one actually publishes a post in any category there will be nothing displayed on the dynamic category page.
By default the front page of the blog is the post that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.
We organize posts by assigning categories to them. You can create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories and sub-categories pages into the custom menu, and order them as you wish.

Hi, jonatanlinde. Looks like timethief gave you a bunch of excellent resources. If you still need help with your categories, could you please let me know and I’ll have a look? Let me know what you’re trying to do specifically that isn’t working and I’ll be glad to lend a hand. For example, something like: “I’m trying to change the category called Kitties into one called Cats but the name won’t change and is always showing as Kitties.”
