nothing works….no upload from shot´s or videos

  Hi there,
  I can not upload images. I can not even look at the pictures in my gallery me. That’s now been a week. Can you please help me, otherwise I lose the desire and that would be a shame because I love this blog.

  I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with images.

  When you try to upload images, what happens? Are you able to see the Add Media button? If so, where does the process fail for you?

  Are you able to go to the Media Library from the Dashboard link on the left-hand side?

  Have you tried using multiple browsers to see if anything changes? For example, have you tried logging into your site via Chrome?

  If you could also take a couple of screenshots and upload them to a public image sharing service so I can see the errors or other issues you’re seeing, that would be great.

  Please provide more details as to where you are running into issues, and I’d be happy to dig into this further.
