notice received that renewal did not complete
-
Not fully understanding what the hell the message about my automatic renewal is trying to tell me. I checked and everything seems to be fine. Credit card number is right. system doesn’t seem to indicate if I owe money on the 25th renewal date but if so, you’ve already got my credit card information and what you have is accurate. I’d appreciate an explanation. Thanks, Dave Cook

Hi Dave,
It looks like the plan for davecookphotography.net successfully auto renewed but the domain mapping didn’t, which is likely to be the reason you are seeing a message to say the renewal hasn’t completed.
The upgrades for davecookphotography.net are owned by another user of the site. We’ll be happy to help you get this sorted out but we’ll need you to log in to the account those upgrades were purchased through first (or ask that person to).
Once logged in to the other account, you can reply here or start and chat and we’ll be able to straighten things out.
Thanks!

There is no other user of the site than myself….the only other “user” there could possibly be (if you would call it that) of the site is my son….who helped me set it up initially. He is not involved with it now, nor has he been since it was initially set up. He get’s notifications from you that it’s time again for the automatic renewal but his involvement is limited to forwarding those email notices on to me.
I paid for the domain name to continue a couple of weeks ago so that should not be an issue. And, This has not been an issue for any of the previous years I’ve had the site and don’t really understand how it is now.
Your assistance in getting this straightened out will be appreciated.
My son’s email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) if that helps check who the other “user” might be. dc -

That makes sense, he his in fact then the other user on the site. If he authorizes it, we can move the upgrades over to you so you don’t have to bother with the forwarding thing anymore. He can do it with these steps:
Or we can help if he’ll reach out while logged into his account. Once your account is designated as premium plan owner, you’ll have direct access to support, too.
In the meantime, I think I understand the other issue as well. You did indeed pay for everything that was needed, but for some reason the mapping (which is free with your plan) is getting hung up. I’ll see if we can figure out why you got that email, but do know you’ve paid for all you need. Cheers!
