I got this message to install a payment processor. I didn’t know I had payment submitted on my website, I never set it up for donations. How do I see these payments?

I got the payment processing notice via email. I really don’t know if it’s worth it as I have gotten zero visits. I failed to make payments on this site last year and I thought it would automatically be taken down.
I found it very difficult to compose a website on wordpress, it’s setup to make a commercial paying site. I did not originally plan to make it a site for donations, and I don’t plan on doing it now. So I was very confused why I got that email message about setting up a payment processor.
I planned to try and see if changes to wordpress would make it easier to add on to it, but I ran into a bunch of problems that kept me from returning and adding new info. So until I return and try to add new info, I don’t plan to add a payment processor. I may just take the site down.

Thanks for clarifying! I do see where we’ve sent you those reminder emails to set that up.
Checking your site and its settings, I don’t see any payment block or any other item that would have been added that would prompt that email to be sent.
I would just recommend you ignore those going forward.

I do see you originally had a Personal plan on your site, which would have allowed you to add a payments feature – did you try to add it way back then? If so that may explain things and why we can’t find the settings to disable it. If the plan no longer exists, the options to configure it would also be removed.
If you like, I can temporarily add a month of Personal to your account, then log into your site’s backend and see if I can find it that way. The alternative would be to have one of our developers take a look into this, but it may not be until Monday when someone could take a look.
Let me know if you want me to temporarily add that plan and I can try and dig into this.
