  Hello, I have a notice on my site dashboard’s Jetpack stats page to this effect: ‘Upgrade to get priority support and access to upcoming advanced features. You’ll need to purchase a commercial license based on your site type.’

  I do not have a commercial site and never have had.

  I have read the commercial sites definition: ‘In its simplest terms, a commercial site is one that you try to make money from. This most commonly includes selling a product or service or showing ads or affiliate links.’ NONE of that has ever applied on my site.

  All that is offered on my site is written information. No paid services are provided; I am retired. I do not charge for any of the material I write and post. I have no ads or affiliate links and never have.

  I am requesting that my site be re-verified as non-commercial and my free plan be re-instated. I initially emailed this to Jetpack support and their AI-generated reply instructed me to contact WordPress.com support directly.
