  I am receiving the following errors when I try to log into my blog:

  Notice: Undefined variable: shortname in /home/fivetal2/public_html/fivetalentvillage.net/wp-content/themes/WP_010/functions.php on line 633

  Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/fivetal2/public_html/fivetalentvillage.net/wp-content/themes/WP_010/functions.php:633) in /home/fivetal2/public_html/fivetalentvillage.net/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 934

  Also, when I try to use the menu on the frontend of the blog, I get the following error messages:

  Not Found

  The requested URL /blog was not found on this server.

  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  Can anyone help with these, please?
