  Comment notifications are enabled, whenever a post is written, but I do not receive any emails?
  I have tried with or without ‘approval’ with no luck.
  I have installed a plugin ‘check email’ with no luck.
  What is missing?
  Using Tesseract theme, and all plugins are upgraded.
